What You’ll Do:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage bookings
- Answer and triage patient calls with professionalism
- Check in patients, ensuring a smooth registration process and confidentiality
- Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients, stocking supplies as needed
- Explain test preparations and procedures to patients when necessary
- Process billing and handle patient payments accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented multitasker who can handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus
- Tech-savvy individual comfortable with office technology and quick to learn new systems
- Basic understanding of medical terminology is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player who works well with others in a collaborative environment
- Willingness to learn the operations of a Primary Care office
