We believe in high energy, collaboration, and having fun while getting the job done right. Our Shipper/Receiver is responsible for managing the flow of goods in our busy warehouse. If you take pride in your accuracy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are good on your feet, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Gatekeeper: Load/unload trucks, receive and unpack incoming shipments, verify products against invoices, and inspect for damage.
- Pick and Ship: Accurately pick, pack and label products for shipment, and ensure they leave on time.
- Coordinate: Call carriers to arrange pickup schedules.
- Problem Solver: Proactively identify and report shipping and receiving discrepancies to management.
- Stay Organized: Maintain a clean, tidy, efficient and safe warehouse environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts safely and/or pallet jacks (certification is a plus)
What We Are Looking For:
- An enthusiastic, hard-working, and dependable attitude.
- Experience with forklift operation (an asset).
- Reliable, self-starter and a team player
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
