Our team includes Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, Registered Massage Therapists, Kinesiologists, and other healthcare practitioners who work collaboratively to support our patients’ health and wellness goals.
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.
Job Summary
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an essential role in creating a positive clinic experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, has experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic, and is confident using Jane App for scheduling and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Manage patient intake forms, health records, and accurate data entry
- Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
- Coordinate schedules and communication between multiple practitioners and departments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with laundry and light cleaning duties within treatment rooms, common areas, staff room, and bathrooms
- Provide patients with information regarding clinic services and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or administrative experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic is required
- Experience using Jane App is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service and patient care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Availability for flexible part-time shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with direct billing and insurance claims
- Familiarity with chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and other allied health services
