Responsibilities

- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, providing excellent customer service during busy hours.
- Assist customers with their orders, answer questions about menu items, and upsell additional products to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure orders are prepared promptly during peak hours.
- Restock supplies as needed and assist in kitchen tasks such as food handling and basic food prep.
- Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene throughout all duties.
Skills
- Prior food service experience preferred; familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus.
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
