We are seeking a confident, style-driven Bridal Consultant with a passion for weddings and bridal fashion, strong sales instincts, and a commitment to exceptional service in a luxury retail environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead brides through the complete sales journey, from first consultation to confident “yes”
- Build trust quickly and use consultative, suggestive selling to drive results
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience while maintaining efficiency
- Maintain a polished, organized showroom that supports sales performance
- Work independently on the floor while contributing to team-wide success
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for weddings and bridal fashion
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments
- Proven ability to close sales with a service-first mindset
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Natural eye for fashion and styling
- Confident, polished, and relationship-driven
- Highly organized with strong listening and time-management skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and POS technology
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Team player committed to continuous learning and growth
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clientele
- Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
