Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and inventory management
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and support smooth service during busy periods
- Ensure timely food preparation and quality control before dishes are served
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food Handler Certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain one)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
