Overview
We are seeking a skilled part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral health and providing exceptional patient care. We have a full schedule already booked so you will be busy from day 1.
Day and Hours: Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday 9am-5pm, and Friday 7am-2pm
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and assist dentists with procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Maintain patient records accurately
- Administer local anesthetics (if certified)
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental office setting
- Proficiency in Dentrix software is a plus
- Knowledge of orthodontics and pediatric dentistry
- Certification in dental assisting
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills
