We are seeking a dedicated Fish Processor to join our team in a fast-paced food processing environment. Responsibilities
- Perform fish cleaning, filleting, and portioning according to established standards
- Package fish products efficiently while maintaining product integrity and freshness
- Operate manufacturing equipment related to fish processing with mechanical knowledge as needed
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the processing area
- Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Assist in inventory management and proper storage of processed fish products
- Adhere to safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Support continuous improvement efforts in production processes and quality control
Qualifications
- Previous experience or familiarity with food processing, packaging, or butchery is preferred
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Ability to operate basic manufacturing equipment and possess mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks effectively
