Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Eavestrough , Soffit, Fascia Installer. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various hand tools and a class 5 drivers license, with a focus on removing existing material and installing new materials. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including residential and commercial buildings, contributing to the protection and aesthetic appeal of properties. Salary is based on experience.
Registered subcontractors interested in piece work will be considered, and terms will be negotiated.
Duties
- Measure and cut material accurately using hand tools and power equipment
- Install eavestrough, soffit, fasia
- Seal joints and connections with caulking to ensure watertight integrity
- Assist with related construction tasks such as siding, or painting when required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
Requirements
- Proven experience with hand tools, carpentry, or construction installation work
- Class 5 Drivers license
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and installation process
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights safely
- Excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to safety standards

Pay: $16.00-$35.00 per hour
