Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership
- Assist with scheduling, document management, and internal coordination
- Support team members across multiple departments
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including:
- Assisting with content updates and materials
- Supporting light design work (presentations, collateral, etc.)
- Coordinating marketing projects and timelines
