- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Ensure timely delivery of dishes during service hours to meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding sanitation, safety, and food handling protocols
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
