Job Summary
- Follow company procedures and standards to install, inspect and repair security alarm systems, CCTV systems, access control systems and smart home systems
- Communicate with clients, and understand and fulfill their reasonable needs
- Identify service / product upgrade opportunities, and provide cost effective recommendations to clients and work hours and parts estimates to office
- Provide customers with basic training for proper system usage
Qualifications
- Reliable, patient, and well-organized individual with good work ethics
- Strong communication skills and great customer care
- Good team spirit
- Fluent in English, ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
- Valid Security Worker’s License (a clean criminal record) is required
- Valid BC driver’s license and access to personal vehicle for work purposes
- Valid TQ and/or FSR qualification will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience with installing and troubleshooting alarm systems & CCTV systems
- Knowledge about smart home systems or access control systems is an asset
- Ability to read and understand manuals for installations and/or troubleshooting
