Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities, while maintaining accuracy with basic math skills.
- Maintain food safety and food handling standards by adhering to health regulations and proper sanitation procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables or customers without compromising service quality.
- Assist in setting up the bar or serving area, restocking supplies, and cleaning workstations to uphold cleanliness and organization.
Skills
- Previous restaurant experience or food service experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register software.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding alcohol laws is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a hospitality environment that values friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency.

Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
