We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder-Fitter / Fabrication Technician to join our team specializing in high-end custom stainless steel water features, pools, and architectural aquatic installations across the GTA. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for a tradesperson who takes pride in precision work, craftsmanship, and building unique, visually striking projects.
You will be part of a highly skilled fabrication team working on custom-built stainless steel structures from concept to installation. Projects include pools, water walls, architectural features, and mixed-material installations. This role offers a balance of fabrication facility work and on-site installation.

Fabricating and installing custom stainless steel water features and structures

Working with 316L/304L stainless steel, structural steel, and light gauge materials

Performing TIG welding (primary), MIG, and Stick welding as required

Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

Operating fabrication equipment such as shear, brake, CNC mandrel bender, drill press, iron worker, and overhead cranes

Polishing and finishing stainless steel components to a high aesthetic standard

Fitting, assembling, and installing pools, water walls, and architectural features
-
Supporting layout, hoisting, and general fabrication tasks both in the facility and on-site

Strong hands-on experience in fitting, layout, and welding (structural steel, pipe, plate, sheet metal)

Confident TIG welder (required)

Ability to read and work from technical drawings independently

Experience with fabrication tools and machinery

Stainless steel finishing/polishing experience is an asset

Background in construction trades (carpentry, tiling, concrete, waterproofing) is an asset

Mechanical or process plumbing knowledge is an asset

Detail-oriented with strong craftsmanship and pride in quality work

Canadian citizen or valid work visa with SIN
-
Physically fit and able to perform heavy industrial work (up to 70 lbs / 23 kg)

Valid G-Class driver’s license with clean abstract and reliable vehicle access

Must have own PPE (steel-toe boots, welding helmet, etc.)

Reliable, safety-focused, and bondable

Willing to travel to job sites as required
