Guest Services

Guest Service / Experience Associate: Handles guest experiences, reservations, guest arrivals, departures, inquiries, and retail transactions.

Thermal Spa Attendant: Supports guests in thermal areas while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and amenities.
Housekeeping

Laundry Attendant: Processes linens, towels, and robes while maintaining inventory.

Public Area Attendant: Maintains cleanliness and presentation of all public guest spaces
Restaurant & Grab-and-Go

Head Server / Shift Lead: Leads service shifts while coaching staff and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Server: Provides professional food and beverage service and memorable guest experiences.

Host: Greets guests, manages seating, and coordinates reservations.

Busser / Food Runner: Supports dining room operations through food delivery and table maintenance.

Lead Bartender / Head Mixologist: Leads bar operations, beverage development, inventory, and bartender coaching.

Bartender: Prepares and serves beverages while providing outstanding hospitality.
Kitchen

Senior Sous Chef / Sous Chef: Supports kitchen leadership, food quality, staff supervision, and inventory.

Cook: Prepares quality food while following recipes and food safety standards.

Dishwasher / Steward: Maintains sanitation of dishes, equipment, and kitchen work areas.
Facilities & Maintenance

Maintenance Technician: Performs repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting throughout the property.
