Job Overview
Crumbl Sherwood Park is looking for a reliable, energetic, and hardworking Baker to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality desserts, and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, bake, dress, and package Crumbl desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Measure and prepare ingredients accurately
- Maintain consistency in product appearance, taste, and presentation
- Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures
- Assist with customer service, packaging, and order preparation when required
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Support other team members and complete assigned opening or production tasks
Qualifications
- Baking, restaurant, or food-service experience is an asset, but training can be provided
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Comfortable following recipes and food-safety procedures
- Morning availability is strongly preferred
- Flexible availability for part-time and on-call shifts is an asset
