Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Foreman to support daily site operations for multi‑family residential projects. This role oversees crews, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role involves supervising construction crews, ensuring project quality, maintaining safety standards, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction crews on multi‑family sites
- Coordinate trades, materials, and daily workflow
- Maintain safety compliance and conduct regular site inspections
- Review plans and ensure work meets specifications
- Support the Site Superintendent with scheduling and progress updates
Experience
- 5+ years construction experience; leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong background in multi‑family residential builds
- Ability to read drawings and manage multiple trades
- Solid knowledge of building codes, safety practices, and construction sequencing
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
