Availability: Saturday is required, some flexibility on the other day.

The Role
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys customer service and may have an interest in interior design.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, approachable manner
- Mix paint colours and match existing colours with accuracy
- Recommend paint products and finishes based on customer needs
- Assist with product selection and answer questions confidently
- Maintain organized store inventory and clean displays
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Lift and move paint products (up to 50lb)
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of paint products, coatings and finishes (an asset, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and dependable, with strong time management skills
- Comfort with physical aspects of the role (lifting up to 50lb)
- Interest in colour, style, or interior design is a plus
