Overview
We are seeking a passionate , experienced, and creative Floral Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a love for flowers and design, as well as a strong background in customer service and retail sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, assisting customers with their selections, and maintaining the overall aesthetic of our floral displays.
Duties
- Design and create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, holidays, and everyday celebrations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral department, ensuring all displays are visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to develop merchandising strategies that promote sales and attract customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail flower shop experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly workspace.
