You'll prepare and manage operational documents, coordinate schedules and resources, respond to customer inquiries, support invoicing and reporting, and help identify opportunities to improve processes that enhance both efficiency and the customer experience.
What We are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or a similar role.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with customers, contractors, and team members.

- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in construction, industrial services, transportation, or another service-based industry is considered an asset.
- Comfortable learning new software and using technology to improve efficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must, QBO and other software experience is a strong asset
- Post-secondary education in business, operations, or a related field is an asset.
