Latitude Adult Services is seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Program Manager to oversee residential services supporting adults with developmental disabilities. The Program Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, Quality Assurance Measures (QAM), and Ministry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and support to direct support staff and case managers
- Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture
- Conduct staff coaching, performance management, supervision meetings, and disciplinary processes when required
- Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff development
- Participate in the on-call rotation and provide crisis support as required
Client Care & Program Oversight
- Ensure services are delivered in a safe, respectful, and person-centered manner
- Oversee implementation and monitoring of Individual Support Plans (ISPs), Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), and goal tracking
- Ensure staff are following all medical, medication, safety, and documentation protocols
- Monitor client well-being, programming, appointments, and community participation
- Support individuals through transitions, behavioural escalations, and crisis situations when necessary
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with Ontario Quality Assurance Measures (QAM), MCCSS requirements, and internal policies
- Review incident reports, medication records, communication logs, and program documentation for accuracy and completion
- Maintain audit-ready program files and documentation
- Coordinate staff scheduling, staffing coverage, payroll approvals, and timesheet reviews
- Conduct regular program inspections, health and safety checks, and file audits
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Social Services, Developmental Services, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in residential or developmental services
- Strong knowledge of person-centered supports and behavioural support practices
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dual diagnosis, or complex behavioural needs
- Knowledge of Ontario QAM standards and MCCSS requirements is considered an asset
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills
- Valid G Class driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as required
