Building Automation Estimator — Junior to Senior
Kinetic BMS is growing, and we’re looking for a Building Automation Estimator to join our Alberta team.
Whether you’re developing your estimating career or you’re an experienced senior estimator ready to lead complex tenders, we want to hear from you. You’ll prepare estimates and proposals for commercial and institutional building automation projects while working closely with our project managers, suppliers, and operations team.
You may be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in building automation, HVAC controls, electrical, mechanical, or construction estimating
- The ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and sequences of operation
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines
- Knowledge of BAS/BMS systems, with Niagara or Johnson Controls experience considered an asset
