Toronto Cosmetic Clinic is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic surgical and aesthetic team. We are hiring for multiple nursing roles, including Nurse Injector, Operating Room (OR) Nurse, and Recovery Registered Nurse positions.
We are an accredited ambulatory private clinic specializing in elective outpatient plastic and cosmetic surgical procedures, as well as advanced aesthetic treatments. Available Positions & Responsibilities:Recovery Registered Nurse (PACU)
- Monitor and assess patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) following general or local anesthesia
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the surgical team
- Evaluate patients' vital signs and level of consciousness post-surgery
- Provide pain management and comfort care
- Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing teams regarding patient status
- Educate patients and caregivers on post-operative care and discharge instructions
- Ensure accurate documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient recovery room environment
- Uphold infection prevention and control standards
Operating Room (OR) Nurse
- Assist surgeons and the surgical team during cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure proper preparation of the operating room
- Prepare surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Support patient safety throughout all phases of surgery
- Perform surgical counts and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and recovery staff
Nurse Injector
- Provide aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Perform thorough patient assessments and create personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare
- Maintain detailed patient documentation and follow clinic protocols
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences with a focus on safety and natural results
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nursing (RN) license in Ontario
- Current CPR and ACLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Experience in PACU, surgical nursing, plastic/cosmetic surgery, or aesthetics is a strong asset
- Injectable experience and aesthetic training considered an asset for Nurse Injector applicants
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
- Positive attitude, professional bedside manner, and commitment to exceptional patient care
