About the Role
We are looking for a Showroom Decorator and Stylist to own and elevate the in-store visual experience in both our main showroom and Clearance centre while driving the performance and profitability of our accessories category. This role bridges merchandising strategy with hands-on execution—leading showroom presentation, product curation, and inventory flow to create a compelling, easy-to-shop environment that increases customer engagement, conversion, and average transaction value.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising, floor sets, and feature displays while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain strong visual standards: product presentation, traffic flow, and overall showroom aesthetics.
- Coordinate floor moves and product placement between warehouse and showrooms.
- Support inventory accuracy, stock flow, and backroom organization for accessories.
- Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, scanned, and ready for the sales floor.
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and leadership teams to align merchandising and store execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in accessorizing their furnishing purchases.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized showroom and stockroom.
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely execution of visual projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in visual merchandising, retail buying, or interior merchandising.
- Education in Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or similar is an asset.
- Strong eye for design, space planning, and visual detail.
- Comfortable working with POS systems and basic Excel or similar tools.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and conveying creative ideas.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly approach to engaging customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift 40 lbs independently / 75 lbs with assistance.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
