Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume restaurant.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards.
- Drive sales, profitability, labor, food cost, and overall financial performance.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and operational execution.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Recruit, train, and develop future restaurant leaders.
- Nuture a positive, inclusive, and engaging team culture.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Proven success managing restaurant operations and financial performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
