Position Overview
We are hiring Line Cooks to work across multiple stations in our from scratch private club kitchen. Depending on experience and operational needs, you may work hot line, pizza, cold station, or prep.
This role is ideal for cooks who stay organized, take initiative, and show up ready to execute each shift.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and cook menu items from scratch recipes
- Work assigned stations including grill, sauté, pizza, cold station, and prep
- Maintain strong mise en place for dinner and event service
- Execute plating with consistency and attention to detail
- Support banquet and large event execution
- Keep your station clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally during service
What We Are Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Strong cooking fundamentals and knife skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to rotate between stations as needed
- Reliable and team oriented
Schedule and Physical Requirements
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Comfortable working long hours during peak days and events
