Job Title: Shop Laborer
Location: Spruce Grove, AB
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with opportunity for overtime
Our client is seeking a Shop Laborer to support maintenance operations and ensure equipment readiness in alignment with operational demands.
What's the Job?
- Perform maintenance activities as outlined in the Maintenance Program.
- Support higher‑level maintenance tasks under the direction of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.
- Ensure accurate documentation by following transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems.
- Assist in the on-time delivery of equipment to meet operational needs.
- Work safely with hand tools and maintain a clean, organized shop environment
What's Needed?
- Experience using hand tools in a shop or industrial setting.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic mechanical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail when entering maintenance-related data.
- Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively in a supervised environment.
Must be able to pass:
- A Criminal Record Check
- Drug and Medical Testing
