WORKING HOURS: Must be flexible. Evenings, weekends (Sundays specifically)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Learn all stations within the store
- Lead team members when on shift to ensure a great customer experience
- Ensure order accuracy and product excellence
- Deal with customer complaints or concerns
- Facilitate staff breaks
- Resolve any and all issues as necessary
- Communicate any concerns or HR issues to the store manager
- Ensure the safety of all staff members
- Focus on quick service and a great customer experience
- Adhere to brand standards and store expectations
- Lead with a positive attitude and a willingness to train new employees
- Maintain a mature and gossip free environment

The employee is required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

QUALIFICATIONS:
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Must have simple computational skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Must have the ability to read, write and speak English. Must be able to communicate clearly.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma preferred Minimum 2-3 years of experience in branded quick service restaurants or restaurant with fast paced service 6 months to 1 year of experience in supervising 5-10 or more team members preferred Solid understanding of Health and Safety standards
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Certified in recognized Safe Food Handling program preferred First Aid certificate preferred WHMIS certificate preferred

Pay: $16.90-$17.40 per hour
