What You'll Do:

Operate bulldozers and heavy earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform fine grading, site prep, and elevation setting according to site plans and grade stakes.

Conduct daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance.

Collaborate with site Superintendents and crews to keep projects on schedule.
What You Need:

3+ years of experience operating heavy machinery (bulldozer focus preferred).

Strong fine grading skills and ability to read construction blueprints/drawings.

Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.

Strong work ethic and commitment to job-site safety.
