What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently.
- Load landscape materials into customer and company vehicles.
- Assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Keep the yard clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Work closely with the yard and retail team to keep operations moving.
What We're Looking For:
Experience operating a wheel loader or similar heavy equipment.
Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
