Project Coordinator (Maternity Leave -Approximately 1 year)

Start Date: Flexible start, targeting September 1, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (work from the office)
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 plus benefits

Chase Office Interiors is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator for an 18‑month maternity leave term. This role supports our Sales and Project Management teams throughout BC to deliver our company brand promise: Responsive, Easy, Dependable. Our vision is to be #1 in British Columbia in the commercial office furniture industry.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects using the Project Manifest, which we call The Chase Way
- Assist with quotes, revisions, and CRM accuracy
- Review and place product orders within 24 hours; ensure clean and accurate documentation
- Schedule installations and coordinate logistics with vendors, clients, and installers
- Track and resolve deficiencies to project completion
What You Bring
- 3+ years in project coordination, customer service, or administration
- Strong communication, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Post-secondary education is an asset, but not required
