Responsibilities
Sources, screens and interviews candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
Works closely with supervisors, managers and stakeholders to bring the best candidates for them to review.
Fosters great relationships with hiring managers and decision makers.
Understand and encourage the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) approach and knowledge.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance.
Utilize metrics to track time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline velocity.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
Maintain an engaging candidate experience and timely communication.
