Bayview Glen is currently looking to hire a Summer Administrator Support Worker or the coming Summer of 2026. We are looking for an individual to assist with the behind the scenes operations of our Summer Camp Program, including, but not limited to: Registrations, Attendances, communicating with camp families, and just being an overall positive camp presence. This position reports directly to the Camp Director.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Work closely and communicate effectively with camp families to respond to inquiries, build relationships, and support administrative efforts.
· Work closely and communicate effectively with Camp Director, Assistant Directors to support all ongoing camp projects.
· Liaising with Bus Transportation provider to develop and manage a safe and efficient camp transportation service throughout the summer.
· Liaising with 3rd part camp operators to ensure the quality and safety of their programming.
· Provide general administrative support to the Camp Office.
· Assist with other duties and projects as required.
Qualifications and Skills
· Experience related directly to the supporting the operation of a summer camp for children.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills and an ability to communicate
· The ability to provide leadership, counsel, motivation and supervision to staff
· The ability to set objectives, delegate and prioritize workflow such that goals are efficiently met and exceeded within a fast-paced environment.
· The ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and independence.
· Computer Skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, required.
· As a condition of employment, a current Vulnerable Sector Screening Police Check and First Aid certification will be required.
