Move Consultant - Client Experience & Bookings
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Burnaby, BC – Serving clients across Canada

You’re the person whose voice makes a stressed client exhale. You listen fast, build trust quickly, and know how to guide someone toward a decision — without pressure, without scripts, and without cold calls. Every person you talk to already reached out to us. Your job is to help our clients and book the move.
This is a phone and video sales role. You’ll be on camera with clients, running virtual consultations face-to-face, building move plans in real time, and closing jobs from your desk in Burnaby, selling into every market Ferguson operates: Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Toronto, and growing.

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and web inquiries — warm leads, provided to you, ready to talk
- Run face-to-face video consultations — build move inventories and prepare accurate quotes on camera with clients
- Guide clients through the booking process — handle objections, build confidence, close the move
- Follow up consistently on open quotes — a helpful check-in, not a pressure call
- Identify complex jobs that need an on-site estimate and coordinate those appointments
- Sell into every market Ferguson operates from your desk in Burnaby — Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Toronto, and growing. No territory limits, no ceiling.
You’re Probably Our Person If
- You’ve thrived in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, such as restaurants, hotels, airlines, retail and loved the pace
- You sound confident and warm on the phone and even better on camera!
- You bring the same energy to your fiftieth call as your first
- You follow up without being told to, because you know the deal is still alive until it isn’t
- You’re competitive. You want to know your numbers and beat them
- No moving experience required! We can teach you about the industry. We can’t teach energy, hustle, or warmth.
What You’ll Earn
Base salary plus uncapped performance commission, paid on completed, collected jobs.
- Average performer: $65,000 – $68,000 OTE
- Strong performer: $70,000 – $75,000 OTE
- Top performer: $75,000 – $85,000 OTE
