Falesca Importing is hiring for an Office Administration Assistant. Falesca is a family run company that has been importing European food since 1965. We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual to join our team. General duties include but are not limited to:
Sales Order Entry
Invoicing
Credits/Debits
Filing, scanning, and paperwork organization
Answering customer phone calls and responding to emails
Packing and shipping customer orders
Assisting in-store customer with product selection and purchases
Processing sales transactions
Website inventory management and product update
General retail store support and organization
Other duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
