About the role:
We’re actively searching for a Site Services Millwright to join the Côté Gold team, based at the mine site, with a start date TBD, reporting to the Site Services Supervisor. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing stationary equipment to support safe and reliable site services operations.
This role contributes to IMG’s purpose by ensuring critical infrastructure operates efficiently and safely. Through reliable maintenance and teamwork, the Site Services Millwright supports operational continuity, minimizes downtime, and helps maintain high standards of safety, performance, and sustainability across site services.
Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair stationary industrial machinery and mechanical systems, ensuring safe and reliable operations.

Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to install, align, dismantle, and assemble equipment such as pumps, conveyors, and generators.

Inspect, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues, maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum, power transmission systems, potable water and wastewater systems.

Operate tools and lifting equipment safely, fabricate components as needed, and perform routine maintenance including cleaning and lubrication.

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company health, safety, and environmental standards.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, meet shift goals, and maintain clear communication and accurate reporting.

Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, supporting continuous improvement, and applying risk-based thinking.

Support team development by mentoring peers, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and contributing to reliable, efficient site operations.
Qualifications
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- College diploma in Industrial Mechanics (Millwright) or another related field.
- Completed apprenticeship is required.
- Certificate of Qualification in Ontario or Red Seal is preferred.
Relevant Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Previous experience in remote camp site services is considered an asset.
Skills & Strengths, We Value:
- Proficient in computer applications and maintenance software, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in fast-paced operational settings.
- Valid Ontario driver's license, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team environments.

Salary Range: $89,000-$133,500 + bonus.
