We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing and documentation
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, proofreading, and organizing documents
- Process payments and perform basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information
- Assist with clerical duties including mailing, faxing, and maintaining office supplies
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Prior experience in medical or dental office settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—along with excellent customer support abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
