Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and order pickers to load and unload goods efficiently
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks and assist with packaging to ensure products are ready for distribution
- Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance when needed
- Support warehouse distribution operations by organizing stock locations and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Assist with construction or manufacturing-related tasks as required to support overall warehouse functions
Requirements
- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution environments
- Valid certification in operating reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or other heavy equipment preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with heavy machinery or construction equipment is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and packaging tasks
