Help Shape the Future of an Established Company
We're looking for more than a salesperson.
We're looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of our leadership team and play a key role in the continued growth of an established commercial snow and landscape company.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in commercial property services, landscaping, snow and ice management, construction, or a related industry who enjoys developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of a growing organization.
As our company continues to grow, we're building a leadership team that can take on increasing responsibility for business development and day-to-day management. If you're looking for a long-term opportunity where your contributions will have a direct impact on the future of the company, we'd love to meet you.
About the Position

Experience preparing bids and responding to RFPs is highly valued. Previous estimating or pricing experience is an asset but is not required—we're happy to train the right individual on our estimating systems and pricing strategies.
During the winter season, you'll transition into a broader leadership role by assisting with operational management, customer communication, problem solving, and supporting our field operations. This role is designed to evolve as your experience and responsibilities grow.

- Help improve systems, processes, and overall business performance as part of the leadership team
Qualifications
- Sales or business development experience within snow and ice management, landscaping, construction, property maintenance, or a related industry
- Experience with commercial tenders, RFPs, and competitive bidding
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Estimating or pricing experience is an asset but not required
