Sunridge Mazda has grown into the #1 volume retailer of Mazda in the province. We are the only independently owned and operated Mazda dealership in Calgary. Your Role:
- Stock Tracking: Monitor and update incoming and outgoing vehicle, updating vehicle descriptions, updating records in real time.
- Lot Management: Organizing vehicles on the lot, taking care of physical needs for New and Used vehicles.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and correct missing counts, damaged items, or data errors by month-end.
- Reporting: Compile inventory, valuation, and productivity reports for the accounting and management teams.
- Coordination: Work with the sales, service, and parts departments to align stock levels with customer demand.
- Stock Photos: Take pictures of new inventory and be able to update to the website on a timely manner.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
