Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer accounts and records.
- Provide product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints effectively.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify trends or recurring issues, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Additional task such as assisting accounting, estimators and dispatch department
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with data entry systems and analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation, are essential.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques will be advantageous in maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
