Ambition Performing Arts Inc. | Airdrie, Alberta
At Ambition Performing Arts, we are not just registering students for classes. We are helping children build confidence. We are helping families find belonging. We are raising tomorrow’s leaders through the arts.
As we continue to grow, we are looking to add 2 to 3 exceptional people to our Family Experience Team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that exceptional customer experiences are built through relationships, consistency, communication, and follow through.
At APA, we believe families are not looking for “just another activity.” They are looking for a place where their child feels safe, seen, encouraged, and connected. This role helps create that experience from the very first interaction.
Some people are naturally gifted at making others feel welcome. They remember names. They notice nervous parents. They follow up when others forget. They communicate with warmth and confidence. They solve problems before they become frustrations. They genuinely care about people.
We are looking for those people.
This is a part-time evenings and weekends position supporting our front-end family experience, enrollment, communication, and lead follow up systems.
This role is much more than answering phones or processing registrations. This position helps guide families through the decision-making journey by building trust, creating connection, and helping them feel confident choosing APA for their child.
