Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs through active listening and engaging conversation.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Assist customers with product selection, ensuring they find solutions that meet their requirements.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote sales.
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods.
- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting remote or in-store inquiries.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a positive shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and record keeping.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette.
- Experience in upselling, merchandising, and maintaining organized displays is beneficial.

Pay: $17.60-$28.22 per hour
