Job description:
XeMODeX is a fast growing automotive electronics manufacturing company. We are currently looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual to fill the Shipping Coordinator position.
This position will start at our Mississauga location on Kennedy Road before transitioning on September 1st to our Oakville location on Speers Road. The selected candidate must be able to work for a few weeks in Mississauga before working in Oakville.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Invoice and document post-repair reports for customers.
Prepare all required paperwork as they are required for orders being shipped and received.
Generate shipping labels using UPS WorldShip.
Receive small parts for repair on a daily basis.
Prepare and package shipments daily for UPS by 5pm deadline.
Process payments for walk-in customers using our terminal.
Receive vendor / supplier deliveries and walk-in customer repairs.
Assist customers over the phone with tracking information.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
Steel-toe safety shoes are required while working in the facility.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks (asset).
Excellent communicator both in customer and internal relationships.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to get tasks done with minimal supervision.
Must be active and have the ability to move fast / multitask.
Strong attention to detail is a must.
Strong computer skills (a type test will be required/performed during your interview).

This is a full-time job opportunity Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Full benefits after 3 months.
Salary: $24.00 per hour
