Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all staff and customers
- Support serving staff by preparing orders and ensuring smooth operation during busy periods
- Stock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the kitchen environment
Skills
- Experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant settings is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
