We are looking for energetic, self-motivated Outside Sales Representatives who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals.

What You'll Do
- Visit commercial businesses in person (door-to-door prospecting)
- Meet with property managers, business owners, and facility managers
- Identify parking lot maintenance opportunities
- Generate new leads and appointments
- Prepare and present estimates
- Follow up with prospects until the sale is closed
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Meet weekly sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and cold prospecting
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Previous outside sales experience is an asset (construction, landscaping, roofing, paving, or similar industries preferred but not required)
