Good Company is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Chef to join our growing restaurant team. Located inside District Brewing Co., Good Company offers a casual dining experience focused on high-quality food, exceptional hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily food preparation and service
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Help manage food inventory and report supply needs
- Support the Head Chef in menu execution and kitchen operations
- Ensure food is prepared and plated consistently
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to provide an outstanding guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and food quality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events
- Food Safe Certification is considered an asset
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
