About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Car Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in professional auto detailing and paint correction, with strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complete exterior and interior detailing on customer vehicles, ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness and finish.
- Conduct paint correction and polishing to restore vehicle surfaces and enhance gloss.
- Apply protective coatings, wax, and sealants as required.
- Inspect vehicles before and after services to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, tools, and equipment.
- Detail and clean the company’s pickup truck as and when required or requested.
- Safely move and handle customer vehicles within the facility or to/from customer locations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in professional car detailing.
- Proven experience in professional car detailing and paint correction.
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License (or equivalent full driving license).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ceramic coatings, polishing machines, and detailing products.
- Experience working with both standard and high-end vehicles.
