Guardium Group of Companies is looking for a creative, motivated, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our family of brands, including Cliff's Towing & Recovery, Guardium Security Services, Guardium Logistics, Guardium Technologies, and other divisions.

You'll help create engaging content, launch advertising campaigns, grow our online presence, generate quality leads, recruit top talent, and contribute ideas that make a real business impact. Every week brings something different—from filming at a towing recovery scene to promoting our security services or creating campaigns for our logistics division.

What You'll Be DoingDigital Marketing
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands.
- Create campaigns focused on lead generation, recruiting, and brand awareness.
- Research new marketing opportunities and industry trends.
Paid Advertising
- Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns using:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Improve campaign performance, conversions, and return on investment.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content including:
- Reels
- TikToks
- Short-form videos
- Photography
- Graphics
- Promotional posts
- Write compelling captions and marketing copy tailored to different audiences.
SEO & Local Marketing
- Improve website visibility through SEO best practices.
- Maintain Google Business Profiles.
- Help improve local search rankings across Alberta.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance.
- Track website traffic and advertising results.
- Prepare simple reports with recommendations for improvement.
Brand Support
- Respond to online reviews and customer engagement.
- Support seasonal promotions, recruiting campaigns, and company initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership on new marketing ideas and campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house preferred).
- Experience using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of SEO and social media best practices.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar creative tools.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable travelling throughout the Edmonton area for occasional on-site content creation.
