Position Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiries through to move-in, while providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families. This role focuses on building relationships, conducting community tours, maintaining lead management systems, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping achieve occupancy goals.
The Sales Associate serves as an ambassador for the retirement community by promoting its services, lifestyle, and values in a professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable manner.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Occupancy
- Respond promptly to telephone, email, website, and walk-in inquiries.
- Conduct professional tours of the residence tailored to each prospective resident's needs.
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
- Follow the established sales process from initial contact through move-in.
- Maintain regular follow-up with all leads through phone calls, emails, and scheduled visits.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual occupancy goals.
- Maintain accurate records within the community's CRM system.
- Prepare residency agreements and assist with move-in documentation.
- Coordinate move-in dates with internal departments to ensure a seamless transition.
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
